  1. As you send your order after visiting our website catalog with product's Code or you may send images along with email for order with quantity as described below.
  2. After receiving your order we send you Performa invoice its consists of all the details of the parcel which we send you with their respective quantity and quality details.
  3. After receiving the Performa invoice which we send you, send order with advance payment 100% through Bank T.T. ( Telegraphic Transaction ) & Western Union or Pay Through paypal..
  4. Parcel will be sending to you by Speed post,Fedex,DHL,UPS or whatever service you suggested,
  5. Our all prices are in US Dollars ,Shipping charges will be extra.
  6. After receiving the order, the order may be fulfill within 1-2 Business Working Days. Custom Ordered Goods will take extra days .

 What You See is What You Get

Branziaexports has made every effort to display the Herbs as accurately as possible. Most products have been accurate color options. However, we are aware that colors and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. So actual and original product color look slightly different. This is unavoidable, but we are sure that all customers will be delighted with their items upon receipt.

Additional Document for Import

Please mention in advance if you need any other supporting document which is desirable to import or clearance from customs these goods in your country such as certificate of origin . This is buyer responsibility to inform about it advance.

Packaging:-

If you need any special kind of packaging please give the instruction at the time of order. Otherwise standard packing will be done.

Returns

The Company operates a 7-day No quibble Guarantee. For health and hygiene reasons, no returns are available on Custom Ordered Goods. Postage and packing is not refunded on returned items. Any goods sent back without prior consent from Branziaexports will be sent back at your cost. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Branziaexports office, Please note that returns are subject to a 5USD $ charge. This is to cover the charge issued to us by the bank, for every refund applied.

Faulty Products / Damaged tems:

In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement... Overseas, items should only be sent back using your country’s national postal service or agreed as per our instructions we recommend using an insured delivery method; however we will not accept extra charges for Fed-Ex or other overnight courier services. If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately on +91-7568777778  and return the product to us at We will replace the item free of charge.
