Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Product is damaged due to customer mishandling
Order placed with incorrect address or information
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

After verification, we will offer:
Replacement of the product OR
Refund (if replacement is not possible)
Once your issue is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
International transaction fees or customs duties are non-refundable
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
