Returns

At Branzia Herbs, we take great care in delivering high-quality herbal products to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened or used

  • Product is damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Order placed with incorrect address or information


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Order number

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the product OR

  • Refund (if replacement is not possible)


Refunds

Once your issue is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • International transaction fees or customs duties are non-refundable


Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.


International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges

  • Delays due to customs clearance are not eligible for refund
